JM Agri Design is a County Kerry based company specialising in the design, development, and manufacture of an innovative range of bale handling equipment. Due to continued growth, the company now has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will support the design, development, testing, and manufacture of both existing and new products within the JM Agri Design range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the design and development of agricultural machinery, equipment, and systems
• Supporting engineering projects from initial concept through to manufacture and commissioning
• Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and related documentation
• Supporting R&D activities, including site testing, data collection, and performance analysis of products and prototypes
• Assisting with troubleshooting and the continuous improvement of existing products
• Working closely with production teams to ensure products are manufactured to the required standards
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum Level 8 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience or demonstrated interest in engineering software for design and production
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and support technical decision-making
